These terms govern your use of level2pro.com (the "Site"), operated by INTELGETS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Level2Pro", "we", "us").

1. What we do

Level2Pro is an online referral service. We provide general information and cost estimates about home electric-vehicle charger installation and pass homeowner requests to independent electrical contractors. We are not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any electrical work; we do not negotiate or sign contracts on behalf of anyone; and we do not collect payment from homeowners for any work.

2. Independent electricians

Electricians who receive requests are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. They alone set their prices, terms, warranties and schedules, and they are solely responsible for their work, permits, insurance and compliance with law. We check that a participating electrician's state license appears as current in official public records at the time they join, but a license check is not an endorsement or guarantee. You are responsible for evaluating any electrician before hiring them.

3. Estimates and information

Cost estimates, rebate information and other content on the Site are for general planning only. They are not quotes, professional advice, or a promise that any rebate or incentive is available. Programs change without notice; confirm details with the program administrator.

4. Your request and consent

When you submit a request, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to request work at the address. You consent, as described on the request form, to our sharing your request with one independent licensed electrician who may contact you about it. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@level2pro.com or replying STOP to text messages from the electrician.

5. Terms for electricians

Electricians must hold and maintain an active electrical contractor license in each state where they accept requests and must notify us if it lapses. Requests are exclusive to the receiving electrician and may only be used to contact that homeowner about that request; they may not be resold or added to marketing lists. Fees, the free first request, and refund or replacement for invalid contact details are as stated at the time of purchase. Electricians must comply with all laws applicable to contacting homeowners, including telemarketing laws.

6. Acceptable use

You may not submit false requests, scrape the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE QUALITY, SAFETY, LEGALITY OR TIMELINESS OF ANY WORK PERFORMED BY ANY ELECTRICIAN.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEVEL2PRO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF ANY ELECTRICIAN. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $100.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
