This policy explains how INTELGETS LLC ("Level2Pro", "we") handles information on level2pro.com.

Information we collect

  • Request details you give us: first name, phone number, email, ZIP code, the type of job and any notes.
  • Consent record: the consent text version you agreed to, the date and time, and your IP address and browser user agent, kept as proof of consent.
  • Electrician details: business name, license number, contact details and service area, plus public license records from state licensing boards.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the Site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use and share it

  • We share your request with one independent licensed electrician who serves your area, so they can contact you about it. The electrician pays us a fee for the request, which some state laws may treat as a "sale" of personal information.
  • We use service providers (hosting, email delivery, payment processing for electricians) who process data only on our behalf.
  • We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
  • We do not sell or share your information with data brokers or for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop sharing it, by emailing support@level2pro.com. We honor these requests regardless of where you live. Information already sent to an electrician is also held by that electrician; contact them directly for their copy, and we will ask them to delete it on your behalf.

Retention

We delete your name, phone, email and notes 24 months after your request. We keep the consent record (consent text, date, IP address) for 5 years as proof of consent, then delete it.

Security

Data is stored with a major cloud provider using encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure.

Children

The Site is for adults arranging work on their homes and is not directed to children under 13.
